By direct inner dimensional link, Co-Creative plans are passed down from the Creators to their Creator Son/Daughters projected in their Local Universes.

From the Creator Son/Daughters, the information is passed down through the sixth dimensionality of the Local Universe to the three Voronandek Son/Daughter Triumvants at the center of galaxies. From the Triumvants they are passed to the Lanonandek Son/Daughters in the fifth dimension who administer the various local Solar Sector groups under their command.

From the Lanonandek Son/Daughters the instructions are passed down to second-level fifth dimensional Lanonandek Son/Daughters who are the Planetary Princes of the Planets within the solar systems of the local command.

The Planetary Princes are not the Triune Male/Female Soul Mate Atom/Atums through the eight dimension portal whose visible presence is seen and called Planets as their outer projections. Planetary Princes are Dispensary Soul Atom/Atums who have come into a Local Universe through the action of the Father Melchizedek of the Local Universe involved. Who are assigned to their postings under the administrative directions of the Local Solar Sector Lanonandek.

The Planetary Princes normally administer the populous affairs of a Planet at its fifth dimensional level. On Earth an aberrant  third dimensional population has also come into manifestation.

Because free will is a given right of all consciousnesses in all frequencies of all of Creation, a slight uncertainty exists in the handling of the through-puts in which not all outcomes can be predicted with absolute certainty, not even to the highest of the Co-Creative engineers. Therefore some conduct anomalies in the lower administrative chains of command can and do occur.

Free Will means 'Will which is free of condition or constraint', allowing a Soul Atom freedom to choose to want to undertake their responsibility to the Creators without inhibition or limitation.

The question why would the Creators have found it necessary to give Free Will to any Soul Atom in Creation is raised, even for such as Creator Son/Daughters. The answer is very simple, by wanting to undertake their responsibilities by Desire instead of having to do it by decree, the proper balance of Will and Desire is present behind every creative project undertaken by any Soul Atom in Creation sufficient to insure that enough Energy is provided to move the task at hand though to proper completion.

Energy was brought into being by the Creators as the active means for expressing their Will and Desire into Action.  By letting Soul Atoms want to do something in accordance with how they see fit to do it, and decide to do it with sincerity rather than by automated duty response, proper alignment is made within the cross motivational aspects of their square of consciousnesses.

Will and Desire in proper balance of motivation and responsibility then underlies their actions. Energy is properly ensued to complete the project to conclusion in complete accordance with Alpha and Omega's original creative plan for expansion, regardless of how great or little the current project may be.

The Luciferions tried to take Free Will one step further by adding that Free Will meant 'responsible to no one but one's outer self. When Free Will is oriented towards self rather than to the Creators, considerable discord arises because the Energies flow in reverse.

Regression among the ranks such as the Draconian perturbation in the Draco Solar Sector fifty billion years ago is not outright unprecedented in Creation. Just extremely uncommon. Outright rebellion among the ranks such as the Luciferion Rebellion in the Orion Solar Sector five billion years ago is almost completely unprecedented.

The Draconian and Luciferion disruptions involved an uncommon factor yet again for having an additional x-factor in the frequency mix of this Local Universe not previously known in Creation.

The sanctioned new frequency mix, which uniquely characterizes this Local Universe, is a simple outcome of the fact that the seven original Super Universes were all created in turn following one another in the sequence of the Seven Days of Creation. Whereby Intelligence was the attribute of the first Super Universe.

Meaning that while Triune, it was biased slightly higher on the side of Intelligence and Will. Known as a Cosmic Overplus.

In a completely unique attribution for being the first bifurcation point for the new Day of Creation, Christ Michael's Local Universe, while being fully Triune Triune for being in the seventh Super Universe, has also been given a Cosmic Overplus attribution for being instrumental to the first new Super Universe of Intelligence. Comprising a completely unprecedented Local Universe configuration and an integral aspect of the new Creation now underway.

With a diminished circle of Intelligence fitted around the basic cubic configuration for Christ Michael's Local Universe, a Cosmic Overplus is depicted. (Fig. 84).

As fig. 33 of Starrgram 4 clearly shows, without the Overplus attribution, Intelligence and Substance never directly meet. As fig. 84 shows, Intelligence and Substance meet directly at the Overplus Circle. As fig. 84 also clearly shows, the Overplus connection allows for a completely new type of matrix configuration, whereby Intelligence, Substance, and  both the inner and outer aspects of Energy all directly meet at the Starr of David end points.

This is not in any way the same as in the original Super Universe of Intelligence, whereby even though a Cosmic Overplus attribution was present, Substance and Energy were both diminished. A Comic Overplus attribution, with Intelligence, Energy, and Substance all on at full attribution is completely new.

In particular, fig. 84 allows Intelligence to be connected to only the Upper Triangle or alternatively only to the Lower Triangle of the Starr of David at their end points, rather than to only both Triangles simultaneously through the arms intersections as in fig. 33.

This allowed the possibility of separating the actions of the two triangles individually with respect to Intelligence. In the Overplus configuration of fig. 84 versus the original configuration of the original Super Universe of Intelligence, the Intelligence connections are all also to a full Energy attribution rather than diminished.

This was the particular feature the Luciferions tried to exploit in their attempt to create a new Universe of their own making, based on service to self vibrations rather than service to the Creators.

In keeping with fig. 83 of Starrgram 21, in fig. 84 let the triangle points at the three, seven, and eleven o'clock positions all to be taken as the Lower  Triangle, and the ones at the nine, one, and five o'clock positions be taken to be of the Upper Triangle. In both cases the Overplus circle can be taken to relate uniquely with one or the other Triangle. Whereby the original circle of Intelligence in the middle cannot, as it always meets both triangles simultaneously at the arms intersections.

Similarly, the adjacent rods along every staff form an x. The x is called the 'power of the x' because of the power in the rods. The power of the Cross of Power in fig. 34 of Starrgram 4 is from the respective combined powers of the 'x' within the respective vertically and horizontally oriented rods.

As fig. 84 also reveals, the rods can be extended a little bit more to the new Overplus circle. With the rods extended to the Overplus circle within the Overplus configuration, a newly generated power of the 'x' results within the little rod extensions. The full nature of the new power is not yet known because an Overplus attribution upon a Triune Triune matrix has never occurred in Creation before.

Principles are overviews. The day by day steps in adherence to the Principle are called Practices. The original flat line stasis of the Great Even Pool of Darkness, causelessly had the potentials for all possible vibrational outcomes within it in principle, not meaning that the events which unfolded over the eons were by predetermined outcome. The exact opposite. Every mutating change within the patinas and moire's at every step of flow alone the way as practices, were totally dependant on the influence and effect of the last change upon the whole, and the reactions.

It is a mistake to think that every step in Creation is pre-ordained, even though every step along the way is conducted according to rule. Every next step is a result of the step taken before it. Every step taken by the Creators and every Soul Atom in Creation afterwards, is a result of the decision taken in the step previous according to Free Will. And in the case of the Creators it goes all the way back to Alpha's first discovery of Omega and what to do about that.

Not until the Creators forged their Cosmic plan did an outcome come into existence which was determined with certainty in principle. The certainty is only with respect to the final grand result. Every next outcome along the way in the practices, be they ever so tiny or ever so large, is solely as a result of whatever may have been the previous outcome within the overall government of the creative  rulings and intention.

Likened to daily life,. you embark on a creative plan or project and know exactly where you want it to end up. Thousands of possible ways exist to get it there. The particular way you get it there, involving practices, depends solely on what you run into at every step along the way and how successful you are or not in resolving each encounter one by one.

The same applies within Creation. Some outcome routings can be predicted with great certainly, others conditionally, others not at all. The effects of the new unknown power of  the x were not predictable at all by anyone including the Creators except at the very broad overview  end of the rulings. 

The new found power is therefore called the 'unknown power of the x'. As part and parcel of this specific Local Universe expression, an unknown power of the 'x' uniquely exists in which not all outcomes are predictable within the standard expected guidelines.

The previous minor regressive disturbance in Draco is an example. More recently, in Orion, through the unknown power of the 'x' a few Soul Atom particles of the Creators tried to set themselves up above everyone else and created a perturbation felt all the way through Christ Michael's Local Universe.

Lucifer was a Lanonandek Son/Daughter, a fifth dimensional Male/Female Descendant Being whose responsibility was administrative.

Lucifer's was the responsibility to set up and administer through his/her consciousness the background fields for Earth's local group of six hundred odd solar systems headquartered in Orion. This included the proper handling of the higher dimensional down-coming Co-Creative energies from Christ Michael through the three Voronandek Son/Daughters at the center of the Galaxy. Through Lucifer, the energies were then passed on down to the Planetary Princes in the local solar systems under his command for evolution and expansion.

Likewise, the returning created staff and Starr of David radiations and emanations from the Creation under him went back up to him as channel, and through him to Christ Michael above him to go back up to the Creators for their glorification.

The bifurcation starting point for the new Creation in Andromeda is Christ Michael's Local Universe. The Local Solar Sector of Orion is the launch pad. Earth was not per se' an original focal point within the blueprints of the new start up except through its root race program. It was more to be come a Quasar for piping new Energies in to the new Creation in unfoldments coming later.

Consequences from the Luciferion Rebellion forced Earth to become front and center in the current start up proceedings however, because of the particular way it was affected, its Energies thrown into imbalances, the final contingent of Adamics interfered with, and its progress on to Protostarr knocked of track.

As Lanonandek Son/Daughter local administrator of the Orion Solar Sector, Lucifer had been expressed from the side of Alpha with a higher than normal attribution of Intelligence for his level of ordainment in order to work effectively within the enhanced Intelligence presences of the Overplus configuration within the Local Universe and Orion. Though not apprised of the details of the big picture before it's time, through his enhanced intellectual prowess Lucifer was nonetheless well aware of the Cosmic Overplus factor all around him. Who began to propose innovative and novel new uses of its potential.

Based on a limited need to know basis of the plans for the New Creation, he thought that the evolutionary processes for Ascending consciousness could be speeded up considerably by lowering them into the frequencies of a time line within the Galactic Underworld. He mapped out a complete formula for the descent of the evolution into a time line.

He also deemed it unfair that Descendant beings do not evolve like the Ascendants, and saw how they could also be supposedly evolved through use of the Overplus frequencies within the third and fourth dimensions. He mapped out a complete formulation for the evolution of the Descendancy in general, likewise involving projecting them into a time line.

Lucifer had observed the questionable parallel between the collective attributions of first three octaves and the Trinity existence of the Seventh Dimension. Having observed that the first three dimensions were Intelligence, Energy, and Substance, and that the first three dimensions worked together like a single unit, and that the potential for a materialized society existed within the third, he suppositioned that the collective manifestations of the first three dimensions would not be unlike the full Triune manifestation of the seventh.

He reasoned further that by subjecting evolving consciousness to the supposed Trinity aspects of the lower three octaves, the full acclimatization of consciousnesses to the Trinity aspects of the seventh dimension would proceed at a more optimum rate than just from the Substance/Intelligence frequencies of the fifth dimension alone.

He also figured that by subjecting the consciousnesses to the rigors of the more primordial physical conditions of the third and fourth dimensions, the higher conscious matrixes would be forced to matriculate their outer consciousnesses faster else the more turbulent physical forces would threaten to disrupt their outer matrixes.

Within the limits of his suppositions, this would supposedly speed up the whole initial stages of the evolutionary process. He also envisioned that by introducing stress into the time line, the process would speed up even more quickly. He also believed that by subjecting the Descendancy to the same conditions, the same quicker process of matriculation through the lower frequencies would reflect back upon their upper matrixes, who would become fast tracked into a whole new evolutionary experience.

Everything Lucifer proposed had already been blueprinted to take place within the anti-matter environments eventually to come as the new Creation now unfolding. Lucifer could not see why it shouldn't also work within the Matter Substance environments of his current jurisdiction, given the Overplus attribute to work with.

Told that his ideas would work to a point in the short term, then short circuit against the long term blueprints of things already in motion and yet to come, Lucifer was advised not to proceed.

Completely compelled by the intrigue of his own innovations however, and not one to stand well on ceremony, Lucifer began to experiment with his ideas anyway in ways which were not only not sanctified but also very much in disharmony with the overall engineered blueprints. Since the Free Will right of anyone in Creation to proceed as they wilt regardless of consequence cannot be set aside, Lucifer was allowed to continue.

The Local Sector and Planetary administrators who went along with his ideas, imposed the new formulations into their Local Sector and Planetary background fields as allies.

The problem for the Luciferions was how to form Matter Substance incarnational materializations within the lower dimensions, when the normal creative plans did not allow for such lower frequency matter materializations. Even more problematic, where the crude Energies and Substances of the third and fourth dimension were far less manageable then the refined Energies and Substances of the fifth dimension and higher. 

The Luciferion solution was to utilize the direct Intelligence and Substance connections at the staff Overplus circle intersections to completely bypass the normal Intelligence/Substance materialization process of the fifth dimension and higher where Energy was the balancing factor.

The method had already been implemented here and there to instigate lower animal evolutionary time lines for therapeutic purposes on such as eventually Earth. In Christ Michael's Local Universe with Overplus endowment, the animal kingdoms are not connected to source and are not connected to the normal downward linkage of Substance for materializations.

Rather, Matter Substance is drawn up directly from the planet through the though actions of the Planetary Life Carriers through the direct connection between Intelligence and Substance at the Overplus connections.

Using the Overplus configuration, the direct Intelligence and Substance connection on the staffs and the cube ends allow for a direct upward attraction of Matter Substance from the Planet without the need for the normal downward linking Substance flows and intermediary balancing factors of the Only Begotten.

In such as Earth's original sanctioned lower evolutionary matrix, the positive Starr of David ends point connections were used, where the connection to the higher frequencies was maximum and the connection to the lower Matter Substance frequencies were sufficient  for the job at hand.

Because animals are not directly connected to source, the presence of the Upper Triangle connections provided their spirituality as an upper field upheld on their behalf.

The Overplus circle and Starr of David connection also provided for an additional electrical charge impulse which went out through the staff connections at the end points. The charges were completely different than the normal electrical charges that work though the ion structures of Ordinary matter Substance and were strictly to the auric side in nature.

For being from the Upper triangle, namely positive, and for also being an additional charge state, the auric static charges were called Pplus charges.

Normal Matter Substance charge relationships are between the rod, circle, and Starr of David arms intersections inside the cubit. The attraction is across the rod ends of adjacent cubits within a cubistic matrix. In the case of the Pplus static, the direct attracting force is along the staff connectivity links between the domains rather than across the rod gaps, and the intersections with the Starr of David are lengthwise to the staffs outside the cube instead of crosswise to the rods inside the cube.

The Pplus charge effect is therefore much more mobile than normal charge states and has a far more reaching effect through the externalized electromagnetic effect.

The presence of the Plus auric charge state ion surpluses were to motivate the animal world in the form of the instincts, engrams, and so called primordial forces that drive the animal world through their daily doings. Since the Intelligence factor is still in balance with the Substance factor through all the higher factors, animals normally would have nothing to fear as one spatial dimension would not seek sustenance from its own level of frequency, or higher, but from the one below.

By the harmonious relationship between the spatial dimensionalities, the evolutionary Substance material of Earth was gradually becoming re-organized in a therapeutic way into more and more complex molecular compositions capable of handling the higher and higher incoming inductional frequencies of programmed incoming astrophysical and inductional sources from outside the system in accordance with the Cosmic Clock.

Neural amalgamates of animals induct at much higher frequencies than do the cellular structures of plants. The cellular structures of plants induct at much higher frequencies than the crystal structure of minerals. Crystalline minerals induct at a much higher frequency than magma dross. All factors were under due coordination to help the Planet's recalibration of dross back to twelve strand crystalline at the basic DNA level.

To get around the materialization problem with projecting consciousnesses into the third and fourth dimensional structures, Lucifer had proposed modifying the animal matrixes to use just the Lower Triangle end points rather than those of the Upper Triangle. Whereby the auric charge states would come from the more Substance related Lower Triangle connections instead.

This would allow for a creative process to be initiated within the lower Substance frequencies of the third and fourth dimensions which had a minimum of connections to the higher factors and a maximum of connections to the lower Matter Substance frequencies of the Planet.

The projecting consciousnesses would form bodily materializations directly out of the Ordinary Matter Substances of the third and fourth dimension rather than primarily from above, in effect reversing their polarity from the Creators to the Planet.

This meant that Matter Substance could be directly drawn up into materialization from the material plane by the force of Will alone without requiring the conscious input of the Only Begotten/Daughter aspect to help bring in Substance frequencies from the higher frequencies.

In particular it meant that consciousness projected into the third and fourth dimensions would be more hard wired to their outer ego self for embodying essentially the Lower Triangle frequencies under whose domain the outer consciousnesses falls. Hence the designation 'Self Serving Will'.

Since the configuration was absent the positive Upper Triangle frequencies, the creations were called Nonplus creations. Since the additional auric additional charge states were from the Lower or negative Triangle, the auric static charges were called the Nplus of the Nonplus of the Overplus.

Through the greater commonality of frequency with the staffs, the Nplus static had a much closer frequency alignment to Matter Substance. It consequently had a much more tenacious and far reaching effect than the Plus static, as staffs continue from cubit to cubit.

Under normal circumstances, consciousnesses never projects into a time line even when the times line is sanctioned.  Lucifer's idea had been to move the animal evolutions along at a much faster rate by hooking them up to the much more powerful and much more dominating action of Nplus auric static charges within the background fields of the time line matrixes in order to supersede the normal Pplus automatic animal response mechanisms.

Then, for consciousnesses to project into the time line to benefit from the effect, and for the consciousnesses to be less affected by the higher powers for being anchored down on the Lower Triangle connections instead of the higher.

As the superseding presence of the Nplus charges states in the frequencies of the material evolutions were dominantly Substance oriented with no suitable counter balancing effect from the normal higher factors of the Upper Triangle, they were very disharmonious with respect to the original matrixes. Which very quickly started a build up of negative static surpluses within the auric frequencies of the organisms involved.

The result was that even more Nplus static became started because of the imbalances of the static presences themselves.

The result was a circular flood of Nplus static generating, which had been the plan, since now the evolution was under push from both the generated Nplus static pressures within its own matrixes and from the normal outside influences of astrophysics and the cosmic clock.

The problem was that through the factor of the unknown power of the x, the effect unleashed like a bursting dam which had not not been anticipated.

Substance to Substance now became the dominant mechanism in the lower material charge interchanges, and the spatial dimension organisms started seeking their own frequency for material sustenance in a predatory action, micro-organisms upon micro-organisms, plants upon plants, animals upon animals.

A pattern of predatory dimensional jumps also emerged, seeing micro-organisms upon plants, plants upon animals and even micro-organisms upon animals. The gradual upward migration of organic substances knitting into the higher and higher complexes of frequency amalgamations for Earth's recalibration back into crystalline became severely debiliated.

At the time, the Luciferions were completely unsuspecting of the potential for such resulting imbalances in consciousness as killing, slavery, and the mental usurpation over others as eventually ensued.  The unknown extremeness of the Nplus actions caught them completely off guard, who were originally seeking only to speed up the processes of evolution of the Ascendancy, also involving Descendants.

Once in the mire however, they eventually embraced the conditions in an all out effort to keep the process going to save face. The accumulated Nplus static which has resulted is the source of all negative actions and destructive thoughts towards one another and is the source of that which Man calls evil.

The Luciferions eventually started employing the Nplus static itself as building material for outer consciousness materializations by utilizing the added presences of the Intelligence and Substance frequencies in the Nplus static accumulations in lieu of normal interdimensional matrixing.

When Man later became subject to the Earth time line, the NonPlus factor also resulted in the propensity for illusionary thought which can have no proper Substantiating end result because the proper Upper Triangle component is missing.

Through their inadvertent tie to the survival instincts of the animal matrixes, Man also started acting on their mentallized illusions as inputs to live by, creating yet more Nplus static and disrupting the normal processes even more. As a result, Earth's time line became corrupted.

In the rebellion clean up called Armageddon now underway, the negative conditions giving rise to the Nplus statics are of the past and starting to become dissolved.

At the end of Armageddon the Lion will again lie down with the Lamb. The evolution of Earth unto its own final destiny as a protostar in the womb of Orion will again be back on track, and the negative Nplus static plaguing the lower fourth dimensional frequencies of the Local Universe for the past billion years will have been purged from Creation forever.

Man is to become completely fourth dimensionally re-aligned over the next two thousand years during Aquarius. Then returned to their original fifth dimension state of being over the next two thousand years during the Capricorn dispensation following Aquarius.

The quick escalation in frequency up until two thousand and twelve now undergoing, is the quick little frequency bump which always occurs when going from any astrophysical frequency into a new. Plus in this particular case, the additional high frequency radiations now coming in for Earth's recalibration unto a radiant Proto Starr, also from crossing the galactic plane, also from encountering its twelfth planet at close range, also from entering the proton disk for the next two thousand years, also from the stellar flare from the galaxy's core, also from the conclusion of the last twenty five thousand cycle, and also from the conclusion of the last two hundred and fifty million year cycle.
