Planets undergo a cycle of twelve Ascending root races who evolve upon their surface then move on. Not all planets have a root race evolution. On those that do, the evolvements are normally within the fifth dimension. Earth has had all of its full complement of twelve root race evolvements, all but the very last have been within the fifth dimension. All had extracurricular dominion over Earth's dimensional time line as custodians.

Earth's solar system completes a grand two hundred and fifty million year cycle around a great central sun at the center of the galaxy. The galaxy as a whole rotates like a solid disk. All solar systems in the galaxy circle the same center sun and undergo the same grand cycle of two hundred and fifty million years. Every galaxy in Creation undergoes a grand cycle equivalent to the Milky Way galaxy's grand cycle of two hundred and fifty million years. 

The Root race evolution program for any planet in the galaxy commences at the beginning of the grand cycle and lasts the duration of the cycle.

At the beginning of the cycle, the prevalent frequencies are optimal for Soul Atoms at the beginning of a Root Race learning experience. At the end of the cycle, all of the requisite frequencies will have been passed through during the cycle for all root races contingent within a particular Planetary program to have undergone their learning according to their frequencies.

The two hundred and fifty million year program, or each galaxy's equivalent,  is a universal experience in which all Ascending evolutions within a galaxy participate. This breaks the illusion that galaxies are random facts of nature. Which are in fact very well  designed enterprises serving specific purposes of Creation as a contributive unit within the whole.

Some planets may sponsor more than one cycle of root races, Earth has had only one. The program is now completed as Earth is now being readied for its transmigration into a radiant proto star in the womb of Orion.

In accordance with the Milky Way's ruling for its grand rotation, the root race program on Earth commenced two hundred and fifty million years ago. The evolutions were in the fifth dimension. The last of Earth's root races is the Adamics. The ten billion Adamics currently bogged down in Earth's lower dimensional time line were the final group of the final root race moving through. Who were also being readied to handle the Planet's transformation into a radiant protostarr.

Root race evolutions move through in groups of twelve. A Planet which is undergoing evolutions will experience twelve different root races moving through its frequencies representing the twelve Ascending families of Creation. The root races move through the experiences in Soul groups, group after group, root race after root race. The number of members of a group and durations of each different stage of the program will vary according to the Planet and Galaxy but it is always consistent and according to rule.

On Earth, the allotments were in twenty-four thousand year cycles. Each allotment contained ten billion members. Earth has had some 100 trillion Souls Atoms pass through in its root race program so far.

The Taikotean root race was the first to commence the program. Jesus was the first of the Taikoteans to complete the training, a step in preparation for his full Christ bestowal of two thousand years ago.

About three and a half million years ago the last and final complement of the last and final root race, the Adamics, started experimenting with unsanctified experiences within the third dimensional frequencies of Earth's lower dimensional time line. This reversed their polarity from the Creators to the Creation drawing them into the time line like the poles of a magnet.

The resulting entrapment dropped their visible frequency of materialization from the fifth dimension to the third. They were in effect self-evicted from their own fifth dimensional Garden of Eden.

The resulting presence of higher consciousnesses in the third dimension in a completely unrehearsed lower frequency format, created untold stresses upon the existing third and fourth dimensional matrixes not only of Earth, but all the way back up to Orion. Through the mis-activities of the consciousnesses involved, considerable disharmony resulted in the outcomes of the whole local Starr system headquartered in Orion.

It also created a rift in the normal Male/Female perception of being. The inequality in the lower dimensional expressions arrested both the Adamics' and the Planet's true evolution.

In all higher dimensional expressions, Being is Androgen, Male/Female. Male is of the Intelligence side, Female of the Substance side. The Female side holds the Male side in her bosom. Under all conditions of normal manifestations of consciousness, the Male expression, namely Intelligence, and the Female expression, namely feeling, are never less than absolutely equal.

Under normal conditions of consciousness such as in the fifth dimension and up, the Intelligence side is called the Plus or positive factor and the Substance side is called the Negative or minus factor. Positive means the action is projective reflecting Will to create. Negative means that the action is receptive reflecting Desire to create.

Consciousness has the capacity to form thoughts through the mental processing action called thinking which draws equally from both potentials.

From the plus side it is through the Intelligence of the Father and Energy of the Son, and includes an 'imaging' facility which allows the consciousness to envision co-creative possibilities before the fact. From the negative side it is through the Substance of the Mother and Energy of the Daughter, including interpreting the feelings of sense perceptions into recognition so that you know that you know.

On the Intelligence side the ability also exists to embrace higher dimensional spiritual possibilities before the fact from the influences of the upper matrix. 'Feelings' from the Substance side help keep the embraced possibilities on the right track. The two reinforce each other together in an action called faith.

Faith allows consciousnesses to maintain an ever standing, ever enhancing proper spiritual ontology of their experiences as they evolve. The thoughts are derived from both the Male Intelligence and the Female Substance inputs equally. Thoughts are thus empowered with a full capability of the Only Begotten Christ Co-Creative factor. This way, Creation ever expands in ever expanding circles of light, life, love, and liberty under the Guidance, Direction, and Protection of the Creators Alpha and Omega.

In a third dimensional time line, all creatures are still equally male and female in nature regardless of whether they are a male or a female in their embodied materialization. Man included. The male component is still of the Intelligence side and the female component is still of the Substance side. Energy is still the unifying factor in the middle. The Substance side still holds the Intelligence side in its bosom.

The difference is merely that male creatures are more directed by thinking and females more by feelings. Both creatures are very definitely governed by both and it is sometimes difficult to distinguish a male creature from a female creature based on their outer actions alone.

In consciousness, before anything exists in materialization it exists first as an idea. There has to be the Intelligence in order for there to be the Energy lines in order to bring the equalized Substance into form as the materialized result. Philosophers have spent a great deal of time on this without being able to put their finger on it.

The Starr of David Energy emanations from the Intelligence side brings the idea into play as an action. Through the Staff Energy radiations from the Substance side the planned outcome is brought into manifestation as the fulfilled result. The manifested result is in the form of Substance/Energy in virtual undertakings.

When initiating a creative process, through the Intelligence of the consciousness involved to Create, the idea is formulated. Through the Energy of the consciousness involved the idea is imaged into possibility. Through the Substance of the consciousness involved, the intention is accepted.

Through the Will and Desire of the consciousness involved the intention is thought into motion as a plan. And through the unifying responsibility of the Only Begotten Son/Daughter, the appropriate action is taken and the plan becomes manifested as the completed creative result. In existential versus material outcomes, consciousness Substance/Energy containers in thought comprise the manifested result.

Animals have exacting memories, a necessary component of their survival albeit oriented to each's particular genre. Through memory, the experiences of the day are crystallized into rules to live by which augments the basic survival instincts of the species promoted through the genetic structure as engrams and the initial training of the parents if any.

When Man inherited the animal blueprints of the third dimension by becoming subject, they also inherited the exceptional memory crystallization processes of the animal kingdom survival method and took them on. In the higher realms, consciousnesses do not remember, they always just know what they need to know.

Because of an overlaying Overplus attribution upon this Local Universe, the higher dimensional factors maintaining normal male and female balance are slightly off skew favouring the Intelligence side. Consequently the balanced Male/Female aspects of Man are also slightly off skew. Under normal conditions of a properly constituted fifth dimensional existence in this Local Universe, this would not be a problem because it would be properly accounted for within the special matrixings of its blueprint.

When Man lost contact with proper direction for becoming subject to the time line, they stopped recognizing the equality of male and female within their constitutional makeup in favour of the skew towards the Intelligence side.

For the most part now the male usurps the female in both their internal and external aspects, regardless of whether it is a man or a woman in the projection. In particular, the male and female thought processes within both males and females more often work independent of each other rather than in harmony within the individual and Nplus static is the result.

Logic is of the male processes, intuition of the female. It is the main thing about intuition that the 'intuitee' often does not know exactly what the 'what' is of whatever it is that you are being intuited about. You just know for sure that something's going on. So to the cold look of logic it looks like a silly hissy fit.

Which is why the cold look of logic tries to shut it down, which always wants to see an exact 'why', 'where', and 'when' of anything in order to see it properly reasoned out as a properly concluded result before accepting it. The very essence of science. A binding mental trap which squelches your female principle completely. Hence the usurpation.

Man's imaging processes eventually became elevated into full imagination and fantasy because of the misconceptions from their lower five sense perceptual state. The capacity for imaging is a due product of the sixth dimensional frequency of Intelligence/Energy, where there is not yet an accompanying substance counterpart.

In a properly imaged thought, the Substance counterpart is that which will eventually be brought forward as the materialized result through the ensuing co-creative activity, the very essence of creativity. Illusion is distinguished from true imaging in that it does not start from the sixth dimension but from the fifth dimensional X Factor mental processes. A due Substance counterpart cannot exist at the end of the process because there is no proper balancing factor of Energy from the sixth dimension. The very essence of illusion.

Animals do not have the capacity for imagination because they do not have a fully active sixth dimensional Intelligence/Energy component. Animal consciousnesses are competent in the third and fourth dimensional frequencies of the Planet. And are disposed towards the frequencies of the fifth accounting for their great capacity to love and unflinching senses of loyalty. They are not however, attuned to the higher frequencies of creativity and spirituality of the sixth and seventh dimensions.

Because many of you are misaligned from much of your higher actions under the current circumstances, and because you are still hard wired to the memory process inherited from the animal world, you all too readily adopt as component beliefs those fanciful thoughts which you find particularly alluring about the higher action. You also tend to hurry into your thought expressions the raw products of your emotions as fact from the Substance side.

Because these errant thought structures are so outside of normal sanctified reality, and so outside of normal Male/Female balance, the structures can't move through in the normal way of action flow. Instead they become condensed into crystallized mental thought forms as pre-conceived beliefs, memories, and imaginations.

Over time this constantly generating by-product of Man's wayward thinking processes has spilled over into the astral realms as a growing hard pan of crystallized thought forms called the 'Mentallized Illusion'. The whole of what the average person today considers to be Reality is ought but mentallized illusion.

Because the thought forms are of Intelligence in nature but not of true Intelligence, they have no projective creative power towards others and are called 'NonPlus'. The NonPlus thought structures are the result of a misalignment in the Cosmic Overplus attribute, being missing an actual positive or plus factor attribution from the Intelligence side. Hence 'NonPlus'.

Nplus static on the other hand, is the product of the disharmony created by the male/female inequality in consciousness. It is the fourth dimensional equivalent in consciousness of static electricity in ordinary matter.

When two dissimilar materials are rubbed together, physical static charge results in the materials from the friction. When friction occurs in consciousness through the Intelligence and Substance thought counterparts working unharmoniously against each other, auric static charges result within the auric frequencies of the body, called Nplus static.

Nplus means 'Negative' plus. The normal cubit circle, rod, and Starr of David intersections have become abnormally re-aligned to the staffs instead of the rods inside the cubistic matrixing of the static bits. The net result is that the Intelligence component becomes receptive instead of projective, meaning negative in polarity instead of positive. Hence 'Nplus'.

The presence of the negative static charges allow a sudden grip of emotion to occur. The powerful surge you feel towards a particular body center when suddenly gripped by a powerful emotion is from the static thought components being magnetically attracted to the center by the thought trigger.

Friction continues because the Male usurps the Female. Meaning the intellect pre-empts the feelings. The static thought parts become duly captured within the crystallizing thought structure and emotional makeup as enduring components in their own right, and the cycle continues. Which is why there is so very little Male Female equality at the consciousness levels of Man at the present time as it is a self-perpetuating loop.

The thought form components are completely passive, and float around in Man's thought structures like algae in a pond. Due to the hard wired self survival mode inherited from creatures, Man absorbs these miscreants as also inputs to live by. These faulty crystallized memory patterns combine with the automatic basic survival emotional structures already present, to become errantly likewise converted into yet again more semi-autonomous action units within the animal self preservation processes of survival.

And the cycle continues yet again. By the standard consciousness rule of repelling opposites, the negative build up of their effect cuts off most of the proper positive flows, particularly love.

In the absence of love, even more Nplus static is created, warding away by repulse the properly directed consciousness activities coming down from the higher factors, cutting them off. Thus the loop is circular and has been running un-apocalypted in most people since the early days of Man's demeaning fall into the third dimension.

Most people at the present time are completely in the dark about their own higher Triune actions in consciousness as the actions are ever being warded away by the static conditions in their consciousness. The so called veil. You remain in the dark about your own higher spiritual action until you decide you want to start working with your own higher action again, setting up the beginning of a positive polarity connection again by wanting and deciding to seek spiritual alignment, which punches through the veil.

The undissolved Nplus static in the mass consciousness has collected over time into a low frequency mire in the lower astral realms called the 'Astral Hell States'. Because the astral realms are the whole reality of creatures, who don't know about the third dimension from the fourth, the lower evolution has incurred considerable static into its matrixes by default, precipitating the enhanced increase of such unsanctioned behaviour as predator vs. prey interactions.

A predatory lifestyle first appeared in the time line because of original disruptive mal-activities from a handful of malfesient Orion administrators, implying considerable mis-intent. Under normal matrixing, the auric accumulations in the animal kingdom would be Pplus for positive static accumulations, for motivating the animal world as engrams. Nplus static also acts as motivators but leads to the self generation of even more Nplus static.

The aberrant Orion administrators initially introduced the phenomenon of Nplus static into the animal matrixes thinking they would speed things up at the evolutionary level through a presumed beneficial factor of the self generating Nplus factor. Then started using it to foster Nplus static in its own right for their own misguided purposes of artificial ascension.

The static generation upon the lower dimensional animal matrixes was much increased by the fall of Man. Plants are upon plants, animals are upon animals, organisms are upon organisms. Other than bees, butterflies, and a few other examples, the insect world is almost entirely a by product of the static.

The time line on Earth has run its course. The final escalation for the completion of the evolution of Planet Earth into its own sanctified fulfillment as a Proto Starr is now at hand.

According to the Energy timetables first outlined in the original Revelations two thousand years ago and subsequently hidden away in the Mayan texts for safe keeping in the fourteen hundreds, and also mirrored somewhat within a few Cherokee manuscripts, Planet Earth is now undergoing a very rapid acceleration in frequency in order to meet its own final destiny set in motion eons ago. Blueprinted Energies, some of them set in motion long before this time line was even begun, are now converging into Earth at this present time.

Earth is also passing through an ever increasing sequence of high frequency galactic alignments for the installation of the Age of Aquarius and the inter-dimensional clean up known as Armageddon.

The incoming radiations are in the form of the proton disk, plus Energy links and inductions which scientists are variously calling newly discovered Quasars, Supernovas, Gamma Ray bursts, X-ray outbursts and the like. Solar Sun spot activity is on the increase. Local fifth dimensional frequencies are everywhere increasing.

In nineteen eighty seven, at the tail end of the Piscean age in the latter eighties, a twin core supernova occurred in the Melchizedek Worlds of the Magellanic Clouds. The supernova occurred during the month of Pisces while Haley's comet was in the sky as buffer to help stabilize the higher neutronnic and ionnic surges passing through the Earth as frequency transformers in advance of the visible flare.

The radiations were a main part of the new Energy lines for the new consciousness container for Earth for its evolution.

The cosmic task force is at hand. The mop up called Armageddon is already well underway. The last generation is the parents of the baby boomers. Not as a dying species but as the ending of a crystallized type of consciousness.

The influx of the baby boomers and rising population has helped start the inducting of the new Energies into the Planetary matrixes safely in the start up of Aquarius, already well underway since the early sixties and set finally at the end of the eighties. The Great Book is being opened at last.

The Age of Aquarius, whose waters of truth are to outpour for all Mankind for the next two thousand years has at last arrived. Consciousness has been changing more and more rapidly ever since. Consciousness affecting drugs are usurpers, not the cause.

Two hundred and fifty thousand years from now, the Planetary root race Adamics if they clear their conditions in time, or another root race brought in if they do not, will harmonize in consciousness and teleport Earth to the womb of Orion where it will begin its next evolutionary phase as a proto Star. 'The world and all its works will be burnt up'.

When that step is finished, Earth Starr will become a primary Quasar piping Energy into the new creation in Andromeda. With its sister proto Starr in Andromeda, it will form a primary link and the transmigration of seed souls from Orion to Andromeda for the New Day of Creation will begin.
