The Seven outer dimensions of the Outer Creation.

THE SEVEN OUTER CREATION DIMENSIONS

The Outer Creation is comprised of the seven Great Super Universes. Each Super Universe is seven dimensional. The dimensions are not parallel but nest interactively. The first three dimensional octaves of the Outer Creation are of Intelligence, Energy, and Substance respectively.

Inter-dimensionally, the first dimension of Intelligence is a single cubit whose attribute is Intelligence, mirroring the point like nature of the first dimension. The single point charge states plying the chemistries of the physical plane comes from the Breath, comprising much of the first.

The second dimension of Energy is by a single cubistic expansion of the first based on the first rule of Chapter 6. Energy is the attribute, mirroring the line like character of the second dimension. The linear and angular Energy vectors plying the movements of the physical plane, plus thermal temperature statuses comprises much of the second dimension.

The third dimension of Substance is by a similar single expansion of the second. Substance is the attribute, mirroring the plane like cube of Substances of the third dimension. (Fig 52).

The frequencies of the first three dimensions interact and are collectively called the Physical Plane by Man, also called the 'Third Dimension'. Man does not recognize the presence of the first and second dimensions though the expressions of both are in constant evidence all around as framework and fabric of everyday existence in the third dimension. For the purpose of convenience, when the term third dimension is used, it shall also mean the second and first unless otherwise specified.

The overall character of the fourth dimension is expansion. Its dimensional attribution is Substance/Energy, where Intelligence is the diminished factor. (Fig. 53).

The fourth dimension is a similar expansion of the third, sub expanded into of a conglomerate of the seven frequencies tied together as sub octaves, collectively called the fourth dimension. In the depiction, the third dimension would sit exactly under the center cubit. (Fig. 54).

Each sub octave has the other seven sub octaves within it as levels in reflection of the fact that each of the seven Super Universes is itself comprised of seven dimensions. Since seven times seven equals forty nine, there are forty nine different frequency levels or astral planes in the fourth dimension.

The third and fourth dimensions are comprised of Matter Substance, the lowest frequency of Substance in Creation. Under normal circumstances, higher consciousness does not exist in either the fourth or third dimensions. Such populations as do live temporarily within the fourth and third dimension are said to live within a time line. Populations living within a time line lead very illusionary existences.

The third dimensional materialization in visible light is the most illusionary. In particular, that you think the third dimension sits all by itself within the Universe at large is a miscreant of the outer world Mentallized Illusion upon the fact that the third octave contains a materialization in visible light and you are currently subject to it.

You are currently time line constrained, and have come over time to recognize only the testimony of your outer five senses. Which are attuned only to the frequencies of the first three dimensions.

Through seep from your higher dimensional action you also have some sensitivities to the frequencies of the twenty second level to twenty eight. It is through these higher frequency sensitivities that you are aware of the consciousnesses of others and the spiritual potentials within yourself and Man.

Having mostly disavowed your other one hundred and five senses which are attuned to the remaining octaves of the fourth dimension, to you, the first twenty eight astral levels have long since become the all of it. Having created all of your instrumentations to work within the limits of your perceptibility, your interstellar searchings likewise fall short of a true perspective, accounting for your illusionary off world conclusions of science and the Universe.

For most of you, the beginning of your normal state of consciousness is the twenty second level, the first level of the fourth sub octave. The twenty third level is where your higher conscious awareness begins. 'The Lord is my Shepherd'. The upper limit for most of you is currently the twenty-ninth level, being the beginning of the fifth octave which comprises the frequency counterparts of the fifth dimension in the fourth dimension.

The thirty-third state is the main stamp of the fifth dimensional frequency component upon the fourth dimension, being the fifth level of the fifth sub octave. Thirty-three is the level most in harmony with the frequencies of the fifth dimension and is the frequency of transfiguration. At age thirty-three Jesus transfigured on the mount in a strengthened exemplification of his embodiment. After his transfiguration Jesus was no longer subject to death.

The main effect of psychedelic drugs is to unplug a user's awareness from the five senses constraint into one or more of the one hundred and five other senses attuned to the higher levels above twenty-eight. The source of their many so called 'Cosmic experiences'. In most cases the consciousness is not prepared for the onslaught of new sense data and the result is a bad or frivolous reaction instead of true awakening.

In your current aberrant Earth plane consciousness state, your consciousness must be clear through all forty-nine levels of the astral planes in order to be in complete harmony with Creation. The forty-ninth level is Triune Triune, the state of completion.

Mankind is currently going through a process of rapid consciousness elevation. Mankind's consciousness as a whole has been expanding through the levels to the forty ninth octave. By two thousand and twelve the process will be complete. Mankind will begin to be moved through into the frequencies of the fifth dimension.

Your next incarnation if you are worthy, will be into Earth's fifth dimension instead of back into the third. The Mayan calendar has foretold of this consciousness escalation, which ends in two thousand and twelve when the end of the forty nine levels has been reached.

The fifth dimension is the bottom line of Creation. It is the dimension where the Ascendancy begins their evolution and under normal circumstances the Descendancy works at lowest light. The character of the fifth dimension is perfection. Its dimensional attribution is Intelligence/Substance where Energy is the diminished factor. (Fig. 55).

Just as the Creators, originally independent Intelligence and independent Substance, had to learn about the basics of themselves at their lowest level in order to learn about their third aspect of themselves at the highest level, the Ascendancy start off as Beings of mostly Intelligence and Substance in the fifth dimension in order to learn about the spiritual basics of themselves at the lowest level in order to learn about the Trinity aspect of themselves at the highest level as eventual Christ Co-Creators at the feet of the Creators in Paradise.

A seminal difference occurs between the nature of the first four dimension and dimensions five, six, and seven. The expansion of the fourth dimension to the fifth does not follow the same rule of expansion as did the expansions of the first dimension to the fourth. The fifth dimension would otherwise consist of a cubit which was nine times larger than the fourth with very few additional principles depicted.

Rather, the expansion is conducted by a yet third and final method, mirroring somewhat the subdivision of the fourth dimension into seven equal sized cubits as six new around an original center. Whereby the next sized cubit comprises six plus six new cubits, resulting in the addition of twelve new cubits each the same size as each of the seven frequencies. Which depicts considerable new information about the character of the fifth dimension. The expansion is simple to depict.

Along the staffs at each of the six corners of the outer cube in fig. 54 exists an intersection of two extending rods. Along each center extending rod at the sides of the cube, exists an intersection of two radiating staffs. Comprising twelve intersections in all.

Depicting in six new appropriate Crisscrossing lines along the intersections, twelve new mid point intersections of new radiations of Energy around the cubit are created. This is how rods play a role in the expansion of Creation even though they do not interact between the domains. For ease of viewing, the fourth dimensional circle of Intelligence is not shown. (Fig. 56).

In conjunction with the existing Starrs of David, new Starrs of David can be depicted emanating around each new mid point. (Fig. 57).

On the intersections of the new Starrs of David arms, new circles can be depicted. (Fig. 58).

At the six intersections of the radiating staffs and outermost points of the new respective Starrs of David, a new cube can be depicted. (Fig. 59).

At the end points of the new Starrs of David in conjunction with the new cube, twelve new cubes can be depicted around each of the twelve new mid points. New rods can be depicted to complete the expansion. The fifth dimensional circle of Intelligence is shown to complete the depiction. (Fig. 60).

The twelve newly depicted cubits, all diminished in Energy, represent the cubistic expansion of the fourth dimension to the fifth The the twelve new cubits comprise the fifth dimensional portion out of the whole. For ease of viewing, the fifth dimensional circle of Intelligence is likewise not shown.

Through the commonality of Substance, the third, fourth, and fifth dimensions are tied together as a single unit. The third and fourth dimensional Substance portion is Matter Substance. The fifth dimensional Substance portion is called Morontia Substance.

In keeping with fig. 60, the Starrs and Planets you see all have a third, fourth, and fifth dimensional component. What you see with your limited five outer senses is only the lower Matter Substance frequencies comprising the third dimensional visible frequency of materialization sitting under the fourth dimension center cubit. Which is the only part of Creation your outer five senses are privy to.

The less dense higher frequency auric Matter Substances of the fourth dimension have much less inertia than the crude Matter Substance of the third. The Substance of the fifth dimension is distinguished from the Matter Substances of the third and fourth dimensions in that it has no inertia. In the Morontia Substances you move around by thought, not by expending physical Energy against inertia.

The Matter Substances of the third dimension are aggregates of little cubistic matrixes held together by the attraction of gravity through the Lower Triangle of their Starr of David complexes. The modularized material object bodies are free to move around. To move any cubistic aggregation requires the expenditure of Energy to detach them from one cubistic setting and into another on an ongoing basis. Detaching and resettling them on the ongoing basis is called inertia.

In Morontia Substance it is the materializing process and not the materialized object which moves around. When someone moves around in Morontia Substance, the Morontia Substance shape materializes in front of the motion on an ongoing basis, even as it is dissolving away in back.

The process is instantaneous and seamless. The effect is that the Morontia object appears to move similar to third dimensional motion, whereas in fact it is only the materializing process itself which is undergoing movement. Thoughts are the locomotors and not the mechanical expenditures of Energy as there is no pushing around through the cubistic assemblages.

By this method fifth dimensional people are able to move freely about by the thought processes of levitation and teleportation. The process is the same when any formed Morontia materialization is moved around. The formation materializes in front and dematerializes in back as the materialization process itself moves along, constituting the equivalence of motion but inertia free.

As with the higher aspects of the fourth dimension, the fifth dimensional aspects are not visible to your lower five senses because their frequencies are too high.

On the other hand, unlike to third dimensional eyes, to fifth dimensional eyes the Universe is rich and full. Vast fourth and fifth dimensional Substance containers and Energy links ply between the Solar Systems and Galaxies like the utility and transportation links of the third dimension. Likewise, Solar Sectors and Solar Systems are like cities and towns.

What looks like cold empty space to three dimensional eyes, looks to fifth dimensional eyes like the rich passing landscapes between the cities and towns on Earth. To seventh dimensional eyes, a whole Local Universe is like a city with suburbs and municipalities.

The Garden of Eden is Earth's fifth dimension. More specifically it is your own fifth dimensional body, collectively referred to as the Garden of Eden in reflection of the fifth dimensional perfection of the expression.

When you were cast out of the Garden, you were effectively cast out of your own fifth dimensional Morontia materializations into subjugation within the lower material Substance bodies of the animal world. The animal world had originally been precipitated within the third dimension of Earth for therapeutic purposes of the planet only.

That your strictly three dimensional lower bodies are considered to be the totality of yourselves by yourselves is only because your dependence upon your lower senses precludes it. The reality is that even in your third dimensional subjected state, the bodies you walk around in contain all due fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensional vortices wrappings.

The character of the sixth dimension is creativity. Its dimensional attribution is Intelligence/Energy. Substance is the diminished factor. (Fig. 61).

The rule depicting the dimensional expansion of the fifth dimension into the sixth follows exactly in the same way as did the expansion of the fourth dimension to the fifth.

As before, using the external staff and rod intersections found in the fifth dimension depiction of fig. 60 as new starting points. A new set of six staffs are brought in to create six new rows of mid points around the outermost cube structure of the fifth. Eighteen new mid points are created instead of twelve. The parameters are subsequently filled in to complete the new set of cubits, comprising the sixth dimension. (Fig. 62).

As fig. 62 clearly shows, the sixth dimension is not a dimension of materiality. The sixth dimension represents a decided break from the Substance continuity of the third, fourth, and fifth dimensions. The fifth and sixth dimensions are harmonized through Intelligence. The sixth dimension is the inter-phase between the mainly Triune frequencies of the seventh dimension and the mainly evolutionary frequencies of the fifth.

As fig. 62 also clearly shows, the attunement from the sixth dimension down to the fifth is through Intelligence. From the Creator Son/Daughters in the seventh dimension, the Creative intentions of the Creators are passed on down through the creative harmonizations of the sixth dimension into the board rooms of the fifth dimension as expansions to be undertaken by the respective interdimensional fifth dimensional Descendancy administrators in responsibility.

In Man, the same general principle is used when manifesting complex expressions in Creativity. Creative motivation stems from frequencies which are passed on down from the your Triune Soul Atom within your seventh dimensional matrix through the frequencies of your sixth. If your creative activities are in full harmony with the Creative purposes of the Creators, it is directly through your sixth dimensional attunement to your own seventh dimensional Christ Triune Atom or Atum in residence within your Pituitary.

Under normal circumstances you would express your Christ Co-Creative responsibilities to the Creation from the harmonies of your fifth dimensionality. Because you are currently bound within the limitations of a third dimensional materiality however, an additional step has been incurred whereby a veil exists between your fifth dimensionality and third, blocking passage of your Christ Creativity to your outer consciousness in most of you.

The condition persists until you start punching through the view by starting to aspire to re-attune yourself to the Will and Desire of the Creators and away from the lesser allures and pursuits of Man. The rule is simple. Sincerely wanting to aspire creates sufficient Desire through your square of consciousness to break through the third and fourth dimensional crystallizations in your Outer consciousness and start a process of re-alignment again with your inner.

The character of the seventh dimension is full Triune completion. Its dimensional attribution is Intelligence/Energy/Substance. There is no diminished attribute. Fig. 63).

The seventh dimension is where the Ascendancy learns to work with full Triune expression and the Descendancy works with normal light.

By the end of their sojourn in the seventh dimension, the Ascendancy will have taken on the awareness of Christed Sons and are ready to move back up through the eighth dimensional portal into the frequencies of the Inner Creation on their ever upward progress towards the feet of the Creators in Paradise for eventual full Trinitization.

The rule of expansion for the sixth dimension into the seventh follows the same rule of depiction as did the expansion of the fourth into the fifth and fifth into the sixth, using staff and rod intersections as starting points for six more staff lines brought in, creating a next new row of mid points around the outermost cube of the sixth, then subsequent fill ins.

The net number of new cubits created increases from eighteen to twenty four, comprising the seventh dimensional component of the overall dimensional matrix. (Fig. 64).

Whether inside the cubit as in fig. 37 of Chapter 6, or outside the cubit as in figs. 60, 62, and 64 herein, expansion of a creative project of any size in any frequency anywhere in Creation is the same. Six new lines are brought in from the Even Pool for the manifested result, and Creation is expanded yet again.

A close inspection of fig. 64 shows that the Outer Creation can also be considered as an expansion of the fourth dimension up into seven frequencies tied together in principle. The fourth dimension is the center cubit acting as a core, and the remaining six cubits around are in the one, three, five, seven, nine, and eleven o'clock positions respectively. The six cubits around are all identical, are all of the same completely different components than the fourth dimensional cubit, and contain only upper dimensional frequencies.

Fig. 64 shows from another perspective how the collective frequencies of dimensions one to four comprising the Galactic Underworld are completely different in every respect than the vibrations of the higher three dimensions which are more similar to each other.

As fig. 64 also clearly shows, both the staff lines and lines of the Starrs of David in one dimension connect continuously with all the other dimensions both higher and lower. By thus, the blueprints of the higher dimensions affect the lower and the harmonious results within the lower enhance the higher.

As fig. 64 also clearly shows, the seventh dimension has its own Substance characteristic. It is materialized independently from the materialization of the third, fourth, and fifth dimensions. The population-harbouring bodily equivalents to Planet and Starrs in the seventh dimension are called architectural spheres. As with fifth dimensional Morontia substance, seventh dimensional Substance is completely invisible to the outer five senses.

Like in the third dimension, seventh dimensional materialized objects stay materialized. As there is no inertia, all movement in the Seventh Dimension is by the the instantaneous process of teleportation under the direction of thought.

The sixth and seventh dimensions are tied together through Energy. The Intelligence attunement between the fifth and seventh dimensions through the sixth is obvious.

The fourth and fifth dimensions are tied together through Substance. The fifth, sixth, and seventh are tied together through Intelligence. Energy is the only factor which is equally common on either side of the fifth as Intelligence is diminished in the fourth and Substance is diminished in the sixth.

The Energy in the third and fourth dimension is different from the Energy of the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions respectively, being mainly to the physical and auric. The Energies of the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions are mainly to the spiritual.

There are no counterparts to the auric frequencies of the fourth dimension in the fifth, sixth, and seventh dimensions as there are no expansionary sub octaves or levels.

As attribute of both Intelligence and Substance, the fifth dimension is also the perfect stand alone common denominator between the Intelligence harmonizations of the sixth and seventh dimensions and Substance connectivity of the fourth and fifth.

The six and seventh dimensions are Christ interactive frequencies. The fifth dimension is the starting point for the evolutionary's Co-Creative activity, where the Spiritual truth about Energy is brought forward to the evolution by teaching. From their fifth dimensional Reality attunement to their seventh, the Ascendancy aspires to be Triune.

Through the attunement of Intelligence, material Co-Creative plans are passed down from the seventh dimension through the sixth into the fifth. From the Substance alliances of the fifth they are passed down into the fourth dimension and third dimension as implementations if and when necessary as physical change.

The changes then take place accordingly, providing yet further frame-worked scaffolding in the lower Substance and Energy frequencies of the fourth dimension for yet more fifth dimensional evolutions to exist. Thus Creation ever expands.

The consciousness laws of Energy are projected through the Starrs of David. The formulative laws of Energy are projected through the staffs and rods. The bonds between the consciousness laws of Energy and the formulative laws of Energy uphold Creation's purposes.

The bonds between Intelligence and Energy uphold the plans of Creation. The bonds between Substance and Energy uphold their materializations.

The bonds between Intelligence and Energy also uphold the individualized Soul Atom endowments of Creation. The bonds between Substance and Energy uphold their productivity. The first reflects the Beings of Creation, the second reflects the Creation which they serve to build.

Throughout all of the frequencies in all of the dimensions, a record of the progresses of Creation is kept at every step by recording the electromagnetic fields with the submatrix overrides they contain. The recordings are called Akashic records. As the recorded field lines are not substantive, Akashic records can be compressed by almost any amount for storage purposes without degrading the content.

Cubistic expressions are expandable through the numbers six and seven but not through the number five. The number six relates to the twenty-four Families of Creation and the one hundred and forty four facets of the throne. The number seven relates to the Seven Days of Creation and the fourteen dimensions under the Creators.

The number five relates to perfection because it stands alone within the principles of Creation, reflecting the five dimensions of the Creators above Paradise which preceded expansion.

As fig. 63 serves to show, rods intersect Y Factors and cubes at ninety degrees. Starrs of David intersect Y Factors and Cubes at ninety degrees. A very arbitrary depiction of an expansion around the Outer Creation with the Inner Creation at the center, serves to imply how Creation is radiated in parallel lines at ninety degrees to the Creators. (Fig. 65).

Fig. 64 also serves to depict a Super Universe. Were the main Y Factor and Circle of Intelligence also included in the depiction, they and the outer cube would need to be configured according to the attribution of the particular Super Universe under depiction such as Intelligence, or Energy, or Substance etc.

Also depicted by fig. 64, is the seven fold dimensionality of a Local Universe. A Cube and Sphere is arbitrarily used to represent the presence of the Triune Living Soul Atom Creator Son/Daughter Being at the center of their Creation. (Fig. 66).

Fig. 66 depicts the dimensions in terms of their general characteristics, which are the same for every Super Universe. Fig, 50 of Chapter 7 depicted the dimensions in terms of their attributions within context of the different Super Universes.

Fig. 66, for being of the same principle in rule, is also an arbitrary representation of your own living seventh dimensional Triune Christ Living Soul Atom within your pituitary. Fig. 66 also gives a good sense of the seven fourth, twelve fifth, eighteen sixth, and twenty four seventh dimensional Substance vortices wrappings around your outer bodily projection as you walk about.

Fig. 29 also gives a good sense of your seven dimensions in consciousness. In the third dimensional of Earth, your outer consciousness matrix is tied mostly to the fourth dimensional aspect, and your higher to the fifth, six, and seven. In fifth dimensional existence, your outer consciousness matrix would tie mainly to the fifth and your higher to the six and seventh. In a seventh dimensional existence, it would be tied to the seventh.

As things currently stand on Earth, through your Intelligence you are tied to the Seventh Dimension, through your Substance you are tied to the third. Through your Christ Triune Soul Atom you are a living particle of the Creators who has formed an 'outer' projection to be of love and service to the Creation. Where 'outer' means you have formed an outer material body within its dimension of visibility as an incarnation in order to function within its frequencies as Co-Creator to the Creation.

At the moment you are temporarily mired in the lower Substance frequencies of the third dimension by misadventure. Most of you are working very little in true Christ love and service to the Creation for the Creators and need to begin starting again.
